Planting of more trees would make improvement and maybe consider planting flower beds in front of houses at back.

Grass in process of being cut on judging day, weeds around trees need cleaning up

Nice estate, beautiful entrance, colour noted around trees, well maintained houses and estate. Maybe consider to spray back area on right and trim.
Chestnut Grove 61
Some show of colour around name plaque would be nice. Very neat and well looked after, no litter visible at all, area at right hand side corner would be very effective if cleaned back and planted up.
Elm Park 61
Shrubbery at entrance would be lovely if cleaned and maintained. Some weeds visible that could be sprayed, communal area could be ideal for benches flowerbeds etc.,
Hawthorn View 56
A bigger name plaque with colour around would be ideal here. Some graffiti visible on wall. Grass could be trimmed around area. Some small weeds visible around back and at fence.
Larchfield Mews 56
Nice area well kept, just to maintain on right hand side.
Simmonstown Park 68
Nice entrance, shrubberies need to be maintained by weeding and top dressing. Benches noted, would be nice feature with pots of colour around and under trees. Some matching colour would be nice at name plaque.
Little Grove 51
No name visible on day of judging as entrance was being worked on.
Temple Lawns – Primrose Hill 60
Some differentiation between the two would be nice. Some colour in beds would improve and maintain existing shrubs. Spray areas at back of shrubs.
Vanessa Close 49
Entrance is let down by lack of maintenance. Cut grass around trees and spray weeds around kerbs and verges.

Nice green area, keep an eye on litter
Beatty Grove 55
Some flowers would improve, a little untidy in places, some trees would be lovely in green area.

Some colour around name plaque would improve, trim around trees, nice green area. Some hedging planted at fence would be nice and keep trim.

Excellent green areas. Check staked trees regularly and remove those no longer necessary.

Beautiful entrance, excellent colour and well maintained lawn trimmed and looking very well.
Castletown Estate 60
Certain improvement on last year, well done. No litter visible on the day and some flowers noted around trees, areas at back could be better maintained though.
Crodaun Forest Park 64
Grass areas well kept and noted, spray around walls, no litter seen. House numbers very clear and well kept. A dash of colour at name plaque would improve.
Hazelhatch Park 50

The Grove 51
Nice name plaque visible, but if area at right was sprayed back this would improve the whole entrance area. More maintenance around trees would improve and clean up area at back hedge and maybe plant some trees.
Primrose Gate 68
Excellent area and well kept, no litter or weeds around at all. All communal spaces very well kept.
St. Patrick’s Park 62
